Operator Trainee
Ecodry Cleaning Services is a fast growing carpet and upholstery cleaning company that services both commercial and residential clients in the Okanagan Valley. We are based out of Penticton, BC along with another location in Kelowna, BC. We specialize in cutting edge green technology to clean, sanitize, disinfect, deodorize, and protect carpet and upholstery.
We are currently recruiting an operator trainee who will be responsible for assisting the head operator in all aspects of the cleaning process. Our primary goal is to train and develop the operator trainee into a full operator. This will be a challenging and rewarding opportunity for the successful candidate.
Duties
-Preparing cleaning solutions.
-Preparing carpet and furniture for cleaning.
-Assist main operator in the extraction process.
-Greeting clients.
-Cleaning of carpet and furniture.
-Cleaning and maintaining equipment.
-Equipment training.
-Sales training.
Requirements
-Must be physically fit.
-Must have a valid drivers license and clean drivers abstract.
-Subject to criminal record check.
-Previous cleaning industry experience preferred but not necessary.
-Must be honest, very personable, sales oriented, and ambitious.
-Willing to train the right candidate.
Wage
Operator Trainee $14-$17/hr
Operator $18-$22/hr plus commission.
